Does the District Belle Cosmetics test their products on animals? 

All of our cosmetics are natural and organic. Most of our products are vegan and paraben free products. We do not test on animals.

Where can I purchase The District Belle products?

Products are online only, and can be found at www.thedistrictbelle.com

After completing my order, how long will it take to ship it out?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If volume is high, it may take a little longer; or you may get it sooner. 

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Setting up an account is not required, but highly recommended. Checking out as a guest is perfectly fine.

I entered the wrong e-mail and or shipping address for my order, what should I do? 

Immediately email orders@thedistrictbelle.com.

The item I want is sold out, when will it restock?

Items are restocked on a biweekly basis; however, there may be products that may be discontinued. But don’t worry, we offer a variety of different shades and textures that you may enjoy.

Can I cancel my order after making a purchase?

No, all sales are final.

I received my order, and it’s incorrect. What should I do?

We’re so sorry about this, customer service is our number one priority. Immediately upon this discovery, please email customerservice@thedistrictbelle.com. Please note that any issues with your order should be reported 48 hours after receiving.  A member of our team will be in contact with you within 24 hours. 

The color shade/texture of my product looks different in person than online. What should I do?

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color shades/textures may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product. We do our very best to make sure our photos are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact sample. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping depends on your order and location. We also offer international shipping. All shipping is processed by the USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

I had an allergic reaction, can I get a refund?

Please perform a skin test prior to applying any of our products to make sure you’re not allergic. The District Belle is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please use our products at your own risk. Ingredients are listed on the packaging of each product. All sales are final.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Immediately take a picture of the product and email it to customerservice@thedistrictbelle.com  explaining the damages. A member of our team will review your issue and give you the option of a replacement or store credit. Please note that any damages to your products should be reported 48 hours after receiving. A member of our team will be in contact with you within 24 hours.
